Danielle Romeril provides FREE shipping worldwide on all orders over £150. Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be shipped. For the UK expect shipping of 2 working days. Shipping to Europe please expect 5-7 working days. International shipping please expect 7-10 working days.

 

UK Delivery

Orders are shipped via CSM’s courier service free of charge. We will email you with a tracking number once your delivery has been shipped. Once your package has been shipped please allow two working days for delivery.

 

EU Delivery Including Ireland

All orders over £150 are shipped for free. Orders are shipped via CSM’s courier service free of charge. Orders are shipped via CSM’s international courier service. We will email you with a tracking number once your delivery has been shipped. Once your package has been shipped please allow two to four working days for delivery.

 

Worldwide Delivery

All orders over £150 are shipped for free. Orders are shipped via CSM’s international courier service. We will email you with a tracking number once your delivery has been shipped. Once your package has been shipped please allow five to ten working days for delivery.  Please note that local import duties may be payable on receipt.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

It's so important to us that you're delighted with your order from Danielle Romeril. We accept returns on all items.

To return or exchange an item please email us at 

Email: sales@danielleromeril.com within 35 days of receiving your order to request a RA number. Please put RETURN in the title of your email to ensure we can process your request in a swift manner. (Please Note: Returns sent without a RA number will not be accepted). 

Then post back to us at within a further 7 Working days to:

Please return your purchase unworn with all tags (if applicable) intact and still attached. Without the returns tag (if applicable) still attached we cannot issue you with a refund. Please note: any returned items that show signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. 

We strongly recommend that all returns are sent to us via a registered delivery service and in protective packaging as we are not liable for any goods returned to us lost or damaged in transit. 

All goods are returned to Danielle Romeril at your own expense except in the case of receiving a faulty item. In this instance we will also refund your shipping costs. 

Refunds will be credited to your account within 10 working days of receipt.
